When you purchase membership to the Site you will be contracting with Live Learn Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 8715182 and having its registered office at Woodridge, Park Road, Cross Hills, West Yorkshire, BD20 8BG. Live Learn Ltd is referred to in these terms and conditions as “we”, “us” or “our”.
The service we offer on this Site is only available to persons aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, you must get your parent or guardian to contract with us on your behalf. All minors should discuss these Terms and Conditions with their parent or guardian before attempting to purchase membership to the Site.
This offer (the “Free Trial”), which may occasionally be made to you by Live Learn Ltd, entitles you access to the Musicisum premium video content (as defined in the Terms and Conditions of Use) for a period of seven (7) days from the moment that you activate such trial period by creating an account on our website (the “Free Trial Period”). By submitting your details, you accept the Free Trial Offer and acknowledge and agree to the Live Learn Ltd Terms and Conditions of Use. If you decide that you do not want to become a paying user of the Musicisum premium service upon the lapse of the Free Trial Period, you will no longer be able to access the premium video content unless you enter into a subscription.
You may only use this Free Trial Offer once. Live Learn Ltd reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to withdraw or to modify this Free Trial Offer at any time without prior notice and with no liability.
Membership to the Site is priced at £9.99 (British Pound Sterling) or $14.99 (US Dollars) per calendar month, depending on the country you are accessing the Site from. Prices are inclusive of VAT.
We use Stripe as our online payment processor. You may pay for your membership using an approved credit or debit card - we currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. This allows us to process your payment without needing to transfer or store your card information, which allows for greater security.
Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and has in turn been certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider, the most stringent level of certification available. You can confirm their certification in Visa's registry of service providers. Stripe is also a participant in the PCI Security Standards Council.
Payment will be processed immediately and delivery of your Membership access shall constitute acceptance by us of your payment. Your payment details will be stored securely by Stripe and will be used to charge a recurring subscription payment for Membership (either monthly or annually). Should your payment details change, you will need to update these via Stripe, otherwise we will not be able to take payment and your Membership will be deactivated until payment has been made.
You can cancel your subscription to Musicisum at any time by visiting your account page.
If you cancel your subscription, you will have access to the site until the end of the membership period defined by your most recent payment.
Cancellation will take effect from the next payment period and you will not be entitled to a refund for any membership fee already paid.
We reserve the right to add, withdraw or change any available videos, lessons and supplementary content without notice.
The contents of the Site and the products are provided without any representations or warranties of any kind, either implied or express, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws. In addition, we do not represent or warrant that the Site or its contents will be free of defects, including without limitation viruses or other harmful elements. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall operate to limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Except as set out in these terms and conditions we do not accept any liability for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of your use of this Site or in relation to the goods and/or services that we provide. We will only be liable for losses that we have not expressly excluded in these terms and conditions up to the value of your order. Please note that we do not accept liability for products that are lost, damaged or stolen in transit, provided that we correctly despatch such products to the address that you provide when you place an order.
We have taken every care in the preparation of this site. However, as certain technical matters may be beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that you will have uninterrupted access to the site at all times.

You may not use the materials purchased on the site for your own personal financial gain without the required license, obtainable from Live Learn Ltd.
