Whether you are a complete beginner wanting to learn how to play a few songs, a more experienced player trying to develop more advanced technical skills or perhaps are happy with your playing but now want to understand sight reading or music theory, proper tuition is the surest method of achieving your goals on the guitar.

Lessons take place at my home in Comely Bank in a relaxed and informal atmosphere with the tuition tailored to the needs of each student. All styles of guitar can be taught from electric (rock, blues etc) and acoustic (rhythm, fingerstyle etc) through to classical and flamenco guitar. I can also take students through the various graded exam syllabus (LCM, Rock School, ABRSM) for those looking to achieve grades on their instrument. Lessons can take place as often as the student requires with a one hour session per week being most common.

The tuition rate is £22 per hour.
